I am running for The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division (“YLD”) Board of Governors because I believe the YLD plays a vital role in promoting professionalism and supporting attorneys during the most formative—and often most challenging—years of practice.

Expanding mentorship opportunities that are accessible and responsive to the real challenges young lawyers face, especially in small and medium-sized communities.
Advocating for initiatives that promote lawyer wellness and professionalism, recognizing that ethical practice and long-term success depend on sustainable careers and reliable
support systems.
Strengthening engagement and communication to ensure that young lawyers in the Second Judicial Circuit feel informed, connected, and encouraged to participate in the
YLD, the Bar as whole (Sections, Committees, and partnerships), and the local legal community.
